DESCRIPTION
Since their founding in 2015, Grist Iron Brewing Co. in Burdett has become somewhat of a destination for the region. With their westward-looking view of Seneca Lake, the sunsets from this patio are just great as the food and beer. Their brews are now found in stores, bars, and restaurants all over New York. People show up from far and wide for the beer, but their food menu is pretty solid, too. They do pizzas, BBQ, salads, and sandwiches, and occasionally have special food menus.
Grist Iron also has lodging available on site, which offers the same gorgeous westward facing view of the lake.
In summer of 2023, Grist Iron Brewing Co. released their Race Ready Refresher N.A. canned hop water. Cans are available at the bar or you can grab a six-pack to go from the gift shop.
