DESCRIPTION
As the first kombucha bar to open in Rochester, this little brewer on Railroad Street in the Public Market district quickly won over a lot of locals. Katerina Eddy starting brewing kombucha for herself, then starting serving at small pop-ups and selling bottles. As Rochesterians quickly realized how good her products were, Katboocha launched into a brick-and-mortar brewery and “booch bar”.
The bar is filled with cool house plants, local art, tons of fun colors, and a lot of kombucha options. At any point there are usually about a dozen Katboocha kombuchas on draught. You can grab a glass and a hang, or buy cans to go.
